I have more than 20 years' communications experience within Imerys, the world leader in mineral-based speciality solutions for industry. I have a proven track record of delivering successful marketing and employee communications programmes across a range of sectors.

In addition, I spent six years as Organisational Development Manager for the same company, before leaving to set up my own consultancy.

I am a director/trustee of the Imerys UK Pension Scheme.

I previously served as a member of the Audit Committee of Cornwall College FE Corporation from 2005-2013 and was a trustee of Wheal Martyn China Clay Museum from 1992-2010.
